| Conditions | The agreement provides access to Taylor & Francis journals and the possibility to publish on Open access in hybrid journals and fully open access journals, without any APCs (Article processing charges) for the authors, starting from Jannuary 2026. |
| Eligible authors | All corresponding authors affiliated and in service at University of Trieste on the date of article acceptance are eligible. Corresponding authors on a fixed-term contract are eligible too: PhD students, postdocs and research assistants, interns in medicine, adjunct professors and so on. Open Access pubblication is possible only after verification of the affiliation of the corresponding author by the Approval Manager of the contract. |

| Limits and exclusions | The agreement covers APCs up to the nationally limited annual cap, to be shared among all CARE-CRUI participating institutions. In case the cap is exhausted, authors may choose either to publish traditionally or to cover the APCs for Open Access with their own funds; in the case of fully open access journals, it will be possible to publish the article only by covering the costs at one's own expense. Other publication costs such as submission fees, color pages and overlength pages fees, etc. are excluded. |
| Green Open Access | Authors affiliated with the University of Trieste can deposit in the ArTS Institutional Repository or on their personal website the Author's Accepted Manuscript (AAM) version of articles not covered by the Agreement and make it freely accessible with a 12 months embargo. |
