Access to the whole range of SBA library services is reserved to institutional users of the University of Trieste and to staff members of the Azienda Sanitaria Universitaria Giuliano Isontina (ASU GI).
How can I register to use library services?
- If you are a student, faculty or technical-administrative staff at the University of Trieste you may log on to licensed services from BiblioUniTS using your University credentials (Esse3 or UGOV).
- If you are staff at ASU GI, just register online and afterwards collect your library card at the Central Library of Medicine, where your account will be activated
What advantages for registered users of the University Library System?
Registration with the library enables you to:
a) Borrow books, ebooks, multimedia and other materials
c) Access to your BiblioUnits personal area to:
- Manage loan deadlines and renewals and place reservations
- Insert comments and recommend the purchase of new materials
- Prepare lists - bibliographies and favourites - and share them
- Place requests for interlibrary loans
- Make an appointment to collect the items you wish to borrow
- Book a seat to read or study in a library reading room
