The bibliographic databases enable to carry out a literature search on a specific topic. Search results often comprise articles from scholarly journals which are immediately available for download.

Find articles in "Search everything"
By selecting “ Search everything” you access the Discovery Service, a search tool enabling contemporary search of many bibliographic resources, both under paywall and free on the Internet.
The search generally yield many results which can be filtered. If for example you are looking for articles about “steel bridge fracture” ...

br />... the result list shows 2192 records, 1533 of which are articles (select “Scholarly publications”).

OAIster grants access to over 21.000.000 scholarly e-resources stored in over 1.100 Open Archives.

BASEprovides access to over 200.000.000 di web-based scholarly, multidisciplinary resources archived in over 8.100 Open Archives.
- PLEIADI
Gateway to Italian Digital Scholarly Literature in Open Archives and Institutional Repositories. Over 3.000.000 records.
- DOAJ - Directory of Open Access Journals
Directory that indexes full-text, open access, peer-reviewed journals. Most of the titles are searchable at article level.
